Inside Technical Sales (Currently Hiring)
Job description:
The Inside Technical Sales will offer rotary equipment for sale and service (pumps, blowers, compressors), technical proposals and support, including quotations, intake of customer orders, and order processing.
Support customers with original and aftermarket equipment and spare parts.
Prepare quotations for replacement equipment and parts.
Follow-up calls with customers after proposal submission.
Process customer purchase orders into order confirmations.
Work with internal departments to resolve customer questions.
Expedite orders with suppliers to maintain on-time delivery.
Maintain quote and order filing systems.

Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities and maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical needs, provide tailored solutions, and resolve any issues or inquiries they may have. Your ability to communicate complex technical information and deliver excellent customer service will be essential. This position also involves close collaboration with our internal service and engineering teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client from sales through to after-sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites to represent the company and promote products and services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales.

Skills:
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the pump industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial pumps, including components, operations, and service requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for pump-related issues.
